Our General Pest Control applies to most household insects, excluding ants. We provide service programs specifically tailored to your needs. Service can be performed:
- Annually-This annual service call/inspection will give you the peace of mind of knowing you have a professional inspecting and treating your home. If we see a potential issue, we will be sure to make recommendations to rectify the potential problem.
- Semi-Annually-This program gives you the opportunity to treat in the spring and the fall. This service will eliminate many of the household insects that appear throughout the year.
- Quarterly-Quarterly visits are generally not necessary unless there is a specific infestation that you are seeking to control. With our quarterly service you will receive the “Pest Free Guarantee” so if you see anything between visits, we will come out free of charge.
- One Time Visit- This service will address a specific problem or it can be a preventive maintenance call. If we are addressing a specific concern, we will guarantee the elimination after the treatment process for a period of 90 days.
Our competition tries to sell you needless monthly contracts that are generally useless. The tech will come and make an appearance, but what is the value of the monthly visit? What type of analysis is being performed by the tech? Is it necessary to spray chemicals on a monthly basis? Today's chemicals provide multiple months of residual protection, so monthly sprayings should not be necessary.
